My work has taken me from the U.S. to the U.K., with senior roles in Dubai, Riyadh, and beyond. The common thread has always been my knack for telling it like it is—getting to the truth, bringing clarity, and helping people get unstuck.

Joined in 2000 as a management consultant. Over two decades, I climbed the ladder, became Partner, and later Managing Partner. I've coached CEOs and senior teams, served on the Board, and led the build-operate-transfer expansion in Saudi Arabia.

After more than a dozen relocations, I launched SKT Consulting to bring my experience to leaders and organizations who value honest feedback, bold thinking, and practical change.

- I enjoy building complex Legos, deep conversations, and watching leadership in all its forms—good, bad, and batata.
- I am based in Glasgow, Scotland, and work with clients across the UK, Europe, the GCC, the Middle East, face-to-face, or remotely.
